Drinking mulled wine[warmed up] around the Christmas tree. children waking up in the early hours full of excitement looking for their stocking to open .finding the small presents and chocolates running into their parents room and waking them up shouting with glee. Going downstairs to the living room waiting for their bigger presents.
Parents looking on with glee at the little children face. Getting the mince pies and glass of sherry. While opening the few gifts from each other.

Happy Christmas for All.
The winter shortest day of the year has just passed, starting the coldest 3 months of the year, and this means that CHRISTMAS is only days away. It used to be that the shortest day of the year and CHRISTMAS coincided, the shortest day of the year has crept forward a few days over the past few centuries. If we were to gaze around long enough, we could witness CHRISTMAS celebrated in (winter) springtime! Come to think of it, a strong % of the world's population already celebrates it as the heat of summer arrives.

MANILA:
Officials say a light Air plane has crashed into a school building near the Philippine capital.
Mayor Florencio Bernabe of suburban Paranaque city says the plane crashed into flames after hitting the F School on Saturday.
They say no School classes were being held but officials were determining if anyone on the school ground was among the dead.
ATO chief Ramon Gutierrez says the six-to-nine-seat plane declared an emergency shortly after taking off from Manila (Philippine) airport for Mindoro Island base. The plane crashed before being able to return to the airport.

Applications to study at University following year are decrease by 15% among British-born candidates compared with a year ago. With 7 weeks until the last date, colleges and universities are pinning their hopes on a late rush of candidates. A short down of this scale would spell disaster for the Government’s aim of helping more younger from poor homes to go to university and put forces on weaker higher education institutions. Figures from the Universities and Schools Admissions Service offered that the number of applications candidates received by 21st Nov, was 158,388, which is 23,428 or 12.0%. Among applicants accommodate in Britain, who are the vast majority, the 133,358 applications candidates were 15.2% less than last year.
